Response Team Support Staff
Bridges MN is hiring a Response Team Member! The role of the Response Team Support Staff is to respond to crisis and provide support, problem solving, and de-escalation to individuals receiving disability services. A vehicle will be provided upon passing a Driver Record History check. We are looking for someone to respond in the St. Cloud area.

Location: St. Cloud Area. This is an in-person and mobile position which involves driving throughout the shift.
Hours: 7 days on, 7 days off. 5pm-5am (12 hour shift)
FTE: Full-time
Rate: $18 / per hour.
***$500 HIRING BONUS AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT, IF HIRED***
Job Roles/Responsibilities of the Response Team Support Staff:
- Professionally represent Bridges MN to police, paramedics, and hospital staff
- Answer and respond appropriately to the response team phone during scheduled shifts
- Diffuse or De-escalate challenging and crisis situations involving individuals with disabilities who receive support services
- Communicate promptly pertinent or concerning events to residential supervisors
- Document and Report after each shift all interactions with individuals
- Walk through apartment properties to ensure it is a healthy and safe environment
- Audit MARS and site compliance
- Provide medication reminders or observations for designated individuals
- Respond to and report accurately on incidents
- Build rapport with individuals and staff creating a trusting and supportive dynamic
Required Skills and Experience:(Minimum requirements in terms of educations background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- High school diploma/ GED required.
- Valid driver's license
- No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No major violations in the past 5 years.
- Ability to pass a background check with the Department of Health and Human Services.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Compassionate about the care and well-being of others.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate with varied levels of employees.
- Preferred: direct care experience, experience assisting others with de-escalation
