Wagamama is hiring a GM to open our very first location in Arlington. We are located on Clarendon Blvd and plan to open February 2023. We also have plans to open another 35 locations across the US in the next five years. You will have opportunities to grow your career restaurant leader - so now is the time to get in on the ground floor of this rapid expansion!?

• You will train for 6 weeks out of town before coming back to Arlington to hire and train your team for the opening.
• Pay range is $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus bonus potential of up to $20k per year.

We are looking for a GM that understands both the business AND the people aspect of running a brilliant restaurant.

A successful GM at Wagamama cares about creating a positive environment for our team + guests. They drive restaurant performance and deliver amazing results by hiring top talent and developing and coaching talent to be the best they can be. Successful GMs know their numbers and have a sense of urgency when it comes to building sales, managing investments and exceeding budgets.
