The Manager is a role model for enthusiasm, energy and a friendly demeanor and leads the team according to the Elements of Our Culture. The Manager adheres to the Food & Beverage Division service filter and ensures the team is set up for success through focused training, measurement and accountability. Runs shifts as an ambassador of the restaurant, ensures all guests have experiences to The Breakers' standards and all guests leave happy. Adheres to food safety standards and ensures impeccable cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant at all times. Works with the General Manager to ensure all goals of the restaurant are met in a collaborative manner with a positive attitude and communicates well with other managers and the team. Trains and develops the team, writes schedules, conducts performance feedback sessions, running shifts according to The Breakers standards and enforces policies and procedures.
