POSITION SUMMARY
To serve customers food and beverages in a professional manner, while being friendly, courteous, and efficient. Also promoting repeat business through complete customer satisfaction.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• To provide prompt quality food service to our guests.
• To provide a safe and clean environment for our guests and employees.
• To practice Serv-Safe Standards and assist in achieving a Health Inspection (A) Grade.
• To be knowledgeable of Company and Brand Standards and Policies and perform accordingly.
• To complete the responsibilities as outlined on the checklist and/or any other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor or management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: General Education and/or comparable work experience
Required Knowledge: Ability to communicate as well as read and write clearly in English. Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide), handle cash, and complete reports; ability to work with different kinds of people to find out what services they want and to give them information.
Work Environment: This is an indoor job. There are temperature changes between the kitchen and dining room that may vary greatly according to the time of year.
Physical Activities: To perform the duties and individual must be able to walk and/or stand for varying lengths of time and for long periods with repeated bending, stooping, and reaching. An individual must also be able to see, speak, and hear. Manual dexterity is necessary for handling money, keyboards, trays, plates, or paperwork. • No alcoholic beverages are to be given or sold to employees whether they are on or off duty.
• You are never allowed to drink while on the property, even if a customer wants to buy a drink for you.
• You are expected to be familiar with and follow all Athens-Clarke County ordinances regarding the service and consumption of alcohol.
