Our Supervisors oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including guest service and supervision of staff.

A Typical Day Includes...

• Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
• Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
• Achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
• Controlling cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
• Making employment and termination decisions consistent with General Manager guidelines for approval or review
• Filling in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
• Striving to develop your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development
• Preparing all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
• Ensuring that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurants preventative maintenance programs
• Ensuring that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurants receiving policies and procedures
• Being knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures

This Job Requires...

• Ability to provide or complete Food Safety Manager certification and renew as necessary
• Ability to provide or complete Responsible Beverage Service certification and renew as necessary
• A valid California driver's license and approval as a company driver with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of service, food, and beverage, generally involving at least three years of FOH operations or assistant management positions
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register or POS system

Physical Demands

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week

Job Details...

• This can be a part-time or full-time position
• Hourly wage for this position is $25 to $45
• Starting wage is dependent on experience and qualifications
