Norridge Gardens of Premier Healthcare is a 292 bed skilled nursing facility located in Norridge, Illinois in the North West side of Chicago. Norridge Gardens is just North of Irving Park and Harlem avenue intersection. Our doors opened to serve the community over 30 years ago. Responsibilities
- Oversee fall prevention
- Participate in Care Plan Conferences
- Monitor residents decline in ROM of all extremities
- Follow up with ADL programs
- Oversee that equipment like wheelchairs and walkers are labeled and in good condition
- Follow up to make sure Nursing Assistants are applying orthosis/splints properly and worn per care plan
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois Nursing License
- CPR certification
- Covid 19 vaccinated
