Retail Sales Associate
The Role
The Retail Sales Associate role offers an amazing opportunity to help Your CBD Store Brookline meet its goal of providing customers with the Highest Quality CBD on the market. To share our knowledge with as many people as possible, we need to create a team of folks who are experts at building relationships and educating customers so that they are informed about high quality CBD. You will be jumping in to tackle one of our most important priorities this year. This job is for someone who is hungry to make a difference and not afraid to keep trying.
Daily Duties Include:
- Persuade prospective patients to purchase the best CBD on the market
- Nurture leads with Your CBD Store Brookline through out of the box thinking
- Schedule virtual and in person meetings with potential collaborators
- Document Customer information in Software in a timely and accurate manner
- Meet month over month customer sales targets
- Follow sales “scripts” when handling customer interactions
- Identify potential customer' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales role interacting with customers preferred
- sales/customer service/retail internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Proven multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including, phone, email and chat while working in a growing environment.
- Have worked in results-driven work atmosphere
- Comfortable working weekends

Compensation: Depending on experience $15-$19 per hour with opportunity for career pathing to become Store Manager.
