Seeking Retail Sales Associate with Customer Service and Retail Sales Experience.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interact directly with customers to determine their needs.
- Answer questions about our products and recommend the right solutions to meet customers need.
- Provide HIGH quality customer service while ensuring maximum satisfaction for each customer's experience during their visit to our stores.
- Meet weekly sales goals with potential incentive bonuses
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Suggest way to improve sales (e.g. Planning marketing activities, changing and maintaining store appearance)
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (Point of sale) purchases
- Build productive trust and relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures to include daily inventory reporting
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales Representative or similar role.
- Supporter of the use of Holistic & Natural products
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices
- Hands on experience with POS transactions (Preferable Square)
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in busy setting
- Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible schedule
- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
- Must pass background check and drug screening'
