The Maserati Americas Marketing team is looking for a candidate to help us build on the successes and opportunities of the current and future Maserati brand in North America. This is a highly engaging position that is expected to coordinate projects cross-functionally with a focus on the Retail and T3 Marketing. The role will require creative thinking, multi-tasking and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

The Maserati Retail Marketing Manager – role will oversee all retail marketing activities for North America. The individual will work in tandem with sales operations, marketing functions and external agencies to coordinate, develop, and implement integrated demand creation and demand capture initiatives across Tier 3 channels in the US and Canada. Success includes driving increased consumer demand, lead generation, and ultimately retail sales conversion.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead the T3 certified digital website and advertising programs including management of agency partners
Lead the creation & maintenance of T3 retail marketing programs
Monitor & adjust T3 certified programs which include our certified website / certified digital advertising vendors
Lead a team of Digital Marketing Managers provided by our Digital Advertising partner; ensuring the team is working on driving change within the Dealership marketing
Monitor ongoing analysis of customer demand and adjust T3 marketing initiatives to drive sales performance with focus on developing and implementing optimization strategies and actions for improving overall integrated performance
Lead and oversee Maserati CoOp Program (MCP) including monitoring of MCP vendor, enforcement of MCP guidelines, dealer compliance monitoring and management of MCP fund approval process
Strategic Planning: Support Brand Marketing team to develop insights, strategies and integrated (T1 + T3) plans that solve for sales & marketing objectives on annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
Support T1 paid media planning & go-to market activations as required
Coordinate with Maserati HQ (Italy) to drive regional application for retail and implementation of global initiatives
Partner with sales operations, network, and dealer body to continuously enhance the T3 digital ecosystem (website + digital retailing)
Responsible for T3 campaigns supporting integrated marketing initiatives (e.g., summer activation campaign; holiday year-end sales campaign; etc.)
Support the coordination, integration, and execution of vehicle launch campaigns and activations with focus around paid media, digital experience, and retail marketing functions, but working highly collaboratively with CRM, experiential, and social/influencer marketing functions
Assist in management of marketing budget. Ensure all projects are kept within budget parameters and following established finance & purchasing protocols
Support Brand Anayltics & Brand Marketing leads on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis as needed.
