Requirements:

As part of Ghirardelli's eCommerce Center of Excellence, the Retail Media Manager will lead the company's media strategy across key digital platforms with a focus on Amazon, Walmart, Target and Instacart.

You will be responsible for setting media strategies based on marketing and sales priorities, and guiding our agency through to execution. As the primary point of contact with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Criteo and Instacart Ads, you will build and execute our annual plans from start to finish in partnership with Brand and Account Leads. This is a highly collaborative role which requires a deep understanding of both Search and Display marketing.

  • Lead development of retailer media strategies across key customers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart)
  • Oversee performance marketing agency to ensure campaigns and reporting capabilities are meeting KPIs
  • Manage multi-million dollar retail media budgets in collaboration with Sales teams to activate Search, Display, Social, Video, and Sampling tactics
  • Build annual retail media plans in support of broader Marketing and Sales objectives
  • Brief retail media partners on campaign objectives, optimize performance mid flight, and report program results to internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects across platforms and brands in different phases of ideation and execution
  • Partner with eCommerce Content Manager to advise on SEO opportunities
  • Collaborate with Digital Insights Manager and Omnichannel Capabilities Manager on post program performance to understand holistic impact of campaigns beyond performance level metrics
  • Partner with Global Lindt team on best practices regarding Search and Display marketing efforts
  • Liaise with Digital Marketing and DTC teams to share learnings across retail and open web search
  • Own Visibility pillar on company wide eCommerce scorecards to optimize for net sales and market share growth
  • Evaluate retail media offerings and new marketing opportunities to build a test and learn agenda on existing and emerging platforms
