This position is located in Truckee, CA.

What you'll do:
As a sales associate, you will strive to attain daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational goals and ensure a memorable customer shopping experience. Our team strives to enhance the customers shopping experience at every opportunity, and is driven not to be the biggest, but the BEST.

• Offer friendly service to customers by responding to their needs and questions ensuring a memorable shopping experience
• Strive to attain daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational goals
• Maintain the merchandise and visual presentation standards throughout the store
• Assist with the daily operational functions of the department
• Assist with merchandising and floor moves

To be considered, you should:

• 1-2 years of apparel sales experience in a fast-paced retail setting
• Be friendly, outgoing and driven to satisfy customers
• Have Strong communication skills
• Possess the ability to suggestively sell and be persuasive
• Have passion about your interests as they relate to BlueZone Sports products
