Who is ActionLink and what do we do?

ActionLink is a 3PL company. We connect people with the brands they love inside the top big box retailers! Our sales specialists work inside Best Buy, Target and Staples just to name a few. Some of the clients we represent in store are Intel® in computer sales, Sony® in home theater sales and Bose® in home and portable audio sales.

We are seeking an engaging individual who will enjoy creating an exciting sales environment inside a local Best Buy for our client Dyson!

Our Sales Specialist will use sales and demonstration strategies to promote Dyson's premier vacuums, air purification and hair styling tools! The Sales Specialist will showcase these items to customers and share all the cutting-edge reasons why they are the best in the industry!

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:

• 16 hours per weekend
• Saturdays & Sundays: 10:30AM-7:00PM
• Best Buy at 4240 W Wisconsin Ave in Appleton

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• $17.00-$19.00 per hour
• W-2 Biweekly Pay Schedule
• Paid Online Training at same hourly rate
• Paid Time Off

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Participate in Dyson's online training courses and videos to learn product information
• Proactively approach customers to engage them throughout the sales process
• Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate products
• Convey product benefits and demonstrate usage of the industry-leading features
• Complete same-day online reports to document visits; providing feedback, observations, and submitting photos
• Maintain business communication with District Manager via phone calls, web meetings, and/or emails

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• Retail sales and/or product demonstration experience required
• Enthusiastic and engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills
• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays every weekend
• Access to a smart device for reporting
