The Retail Sales Representative position is a front line sales role and will primarily be responsible for covering the local region.

This is not a traditional retail sales role, the ideal candidate will be able to educate the key decision makers and the end consumers on the Daisy Brand differences at various retail stores. By leveraging this education, the Retail Sales Representative will seek to position Daisy Brand products at the ideal position in the sections and close any existing gaps in distribution while always selling for additional shelf / display space. The candidate must show a high level of ownership for the business along with being a self-starter. The candidate must be adept at selling solutions that benefit Daisy Brand and the customer and has a proven ability to win additional business.

The Retail Sales Representative must be efficient with the Microsoft Office suite and be able to use this for communication and reporting. The Retail Sales Representative will need to be organized and be able to work well alone, while sharing and updating his/her peers and other departments.
