Position: Store Sales Manager of Our Corolla Location. This is a high volume store and we are looking for a strong sales manager to drive team performance and develop our staff to the next level.

*Required 45-48 Hours/Wk during Peak Season 35-40 hrs/wk in off season

*Looking for a winning personality to join our amazing team!

*Self Motivated - Team Leader who will oversee and manage this locations sales, staffing, operations, and inventory.

*Responsible for Opening/Closing Store, completing store schedule, and ensuring peak shifts are covered

*Supervising and Motivating a team of 5-10 employees to ensure customer service is excellent, employees stay focused, and task are accomplished each shift

*Stocking Floor, repeat lifting of 25-40lbs or more

_Standing for long periods 8-10hr shifts

_Cashiering as needed (Basic Math Skills required)

_Assisting Customers while shopping (outgoing, energetic, friendly)

_Able to Alphabetize with confidence for stockroom organization

_Comfortable with handling daily cash handling (basic math skills required)

_Reliable and Punctual

_Comfortable coaching fellow team mates to provide the best customer service, to stay focused, productive, and motivated!

_Able to work Holidays and Weekends as required based on business needs

_Total Compensation can range between 40,000 up to 54,000 plus based on store sales, personal sales, and hourly pay. You have the potential to earn more with overtime, bonus, and commission structure! We will review with you all of these details during our interview process. Ultimately, you are in control of how much you make based on how well you and your team perform during the year.
