Retail Store / Online Order Fulfillment Associate Job at Charlotte Kellogg
We are a woman-owned luxury fashion retail brand with 3 stores on the East Coast, including one in Palm Beach, FL.
Objective
Responsible for fulfilling online orders from our Worth Ave store or West Palm Beach warehouse in a timely manner as well as assisting customers in the Worth Ave store.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Shopify POS to fulfill all online orders including printing packing slip and shipping label
- Monitor and update online inventory of items to ensure accurate counts of items in store and online
- Coordination of fulfillment of orders from stores in Naples and Newport
- Filling in stock items from West Palm Beach fulfillment center to Worth Avenue store
- Assist in receiving new inventory and barcoding items before they are sent to stores
Requirements
- Shopify familiarity, including admin and POS applications
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use excel
- Networking skills, client development, strategic thinking, people management, communication skills, operationally sound
- Ability to problem solve
- Product knowledge for high fashion. Experience in sales with a luxury brand
- Impeccable standards of service and significant experience with luxury clientele
- Previous retail experience, especially in women's clothing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
