We are currently looking to expand our Billing department. This is a manager level, full-time position with office hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the revenue cycle of a healthcare organization. The RCM Manager will work closely with other departments and teams, such as billing, coding, patient registration, and collections, to ensure that all revenue-related processes are efficient and effective. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement, as well as experience in managing teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, patient registration, and collections.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare billing and reimbursement.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle.

Monitor and analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.

Work with other departments and teams, such as billing and coding, to ensure that all revenue-related processes are integrated and functioning smoothly.

Manage and train a team of billing and coding professionals to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.

Communicate with payers and insurance companies to resolve billing and reimbursement issues.

Work with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the revenue cycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.

Strong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement regulations and compliance.

Excellent project management and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with healthcare billing and coding software.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Experience with data analysis and financial performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
