Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
- Addresses staff turnover, education, and training.
- Provides feedback to employees through formal and informal coaching.
- Manages performance issues and reviews.
- Assess training needs and conducts training or other educational opportunities.
- Analyzes performance metrics to locate and resolve trends and issues.
- Monitors and reports staff quality and productivity.
- Interviews and hires staff.
- Manages timekeeping and attendance.
- Coordinates the day-to-day support for staff and department.
- Acts as technical resource to staff and patients.
- Identifies, addresses, and resolves workflow concerns.
- Oversees and guides the work of staff.
- Works with the manager for program development.
- Collaborates with the manager to establish policies and procedures.
- Executes and implements approved budgets and financials.
- May be responsible for communicating developed budgets and managing to the developed budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
- Associate's or Vocational degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred or
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred
- 7+ Years revenue cycle experience required
- 0 to 2 years supervisory experience preferred
Physical Demands
Light Work:
Lifting weight Up to 20 lbs. occasionally, Up to 10 lbs. frequently
Additional Job Description:
(Remote) Hours 8-4:30 pm Solution 1 department. Administrative, customer service, insurance, and healthcare experience a plus.
