Rewards Business Partner – North America

So, what will you be doing?
In this role, you will be a trusted partner to all stakeholders in North America. You will contribute to the development of the Group Reward agenda and will be responsible for the implementation of reward initiatives in North America and management of general reward management activity.
You will engage with and develop strong working relationships with the US and Canada HR teams and wider Group HR. You will also work closely with a variety of stakeholders in different business areas to understand local requirements and considerations to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and projects.
You will report into the Group Head of Reward and will be required to travel to Drax locations across US and Canada when required.
