Our Risk Insurance Analyst analyzes, recommends and implements effective and efficient risk management processes to minimize total cost of risk and support the Company’s objectives to protect assets, preserve earnings and brand equity. Support field operations and the Department with risk management requests related to insurance, surety, RMIS administration, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:
You Will . . .
  • Support insurance renewals and program administration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison with field operations management to provide service and support for their risk management and insurance requests.
  • Support effective acquisition integration into risk management and insurance program.
  • Perform risk accounting activities including general ledger processes, balance sheet reconciliations and all vendor payments.
  • Manage RMIS administration, including vendor set-up, weekly check issuance and 1099 reporting.
  • Effectively collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support process evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties and special project assignments as required.

Qualifications:
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or related degree required
  • 2- 5 years of corporate risk management, insurance or related experience
  • ARM preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance renewal and administrative processes
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service skills supporting field operations organization
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Working knowledge of Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) systems and reporting
  • Ability to analyze data and formulate action plans
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
