About the Role:
In the role of Risk Project Consultant, you will have the responsibility of planning, organizing, administering, or leading major risk management programs within a department or across the Bank. In addition, you will also have the responsibility of the development, implementation, enhancement, administration, and management of the Integrated Risk Management technology software solution in broader alignment with the Bank's Integrated Risk Management frameworks and processes.
- Develop strategies and tactical plans to implement projects.
- Manage resources to ensure that projects are implemented in the most cost-effective manner.
- Negotiate agreements/contracts with outside vendors or entities and ensure commitments are met.
- Communicate the purpose of the project to internal constituencies and/or external customers/community members.
- Develop and implement measures to determine and monitor the effectiveness of projects.
- May provide training to others regarding features and benefits of programs. You may be required to represent the company in the community.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. You will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
- Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.
About You:
- Extremely strong relationship management and operational abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise and operational risk management
- Advanced knowledge and experience with development, implementation, and administration of Integrated Risk Management technology software solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Logic Manager)
- Proven track record of success and skills in risk management operations.
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, practices, and documentation in risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
- Good negotiating/influencing skills.
- General knowledge of “best practices” in project area.
- Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word and Excel, and other business machines.
- Ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in risk management or Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience with Integrated Risk Management technology software solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Logic Manager), required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, related field, or equivalent, and familiarity with Risk Management or Regulatory Compliance.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $49,330.00 to $102,061.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
