***Immediate PRN opportunity for a Home Health Field RN and LVN in the following areas:
To include, SW, SE, North, Katy, Cypress, Spring and surrounding areas. South to include the following areas... Pasadena, Clear Lake, League City, Dickinson, TX City, Galveston area.

We are an “In Home Medical Service” company, offering excellent client care to our community of patients needing nursing and therapy at home. We only seek experienced and well versed nurses. We are seeking Registered Nurses and LVNS who have excellent clinical skills, experienced with full assessments, excellent judgement, wound care, wound vacs, IV care, IV med administration per your scope of service, and much more! As a Field Nurse, you will manage a group of patients in and around the assigned location, performing Starts of Care, Routine Treatment Visits, and Discharges once your patient has met goals. NO OASIS with our company! MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE

You will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive Assessments of your patients
• Routine skilled nursing visits
• Advocate for your patient through communication with the client, family, physicians, and office staff
• Document nursing visits according to company policy
• Complete all documentation daily
• Manage and direct the care provided by other members of the healthcare team to include home health aides and LVN's, etc..
• Schedule coordination with your patients, and office staff
• Participate in in office medical training when assigned

• Geriatric, non-geriatric, post hospital, post-surgery, we offer care to a wide variety of patients needs per Physician’s orders.
