Job Summary

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of our NurseLine call center.
  • Responsible for client contract management and reporting.
  • Responsible for managing subordinate remote staff and the day-to-day performance of their jobs, enforcing established policies, procedures, and service models, using performance and quality standards to achieve and maintain required care delivery levels.
  • Manager is responsible for conducting recruitment and selection of staff and ensuring compliance with nursing staff standards for competencies, assessments, licensure, and certifications.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a nursing education program that satisfies the licensing requirements of the Colorado State Board of Nursing for Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master’s preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider Certification/CPR.
  • Typically, three years of nursing experience; Three years of RN Charge/Supervisory experience preferred. Tele-Triage and/or any contact center experience strongly preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently.
  • Possesses clinical and leadership skills and demonstrates the ability to collaborate and foster inter-organizational relationships.
  • Effective internal and external communication skills.
