What You'll Do:

• Manage patients record keeping
• Coordinate with other nursing staff
• Prepare and administer medications and review medication for completeness and accuracy as needed
• Chart nurses' notes in an detailed and informative manner
• Review patient care plans for resident goals and revisions based on nursing needs
• Supervise day-to-day nursing and caregiving performed by CNA's
• Maintain confidentially for all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Build Strong positive relationships with residents and their families

What You'll Need:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or University
• Possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN or LPN in the state of Oregon
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
• Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
