RN/LPN Supervisor - PRN - NOC Job at Friendship Village Tempe
Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a PRN RN or LPN NOC Supervisor.
Schedule: 6:00pm-6:30am on call, as needed
Pay: $37.53+ per hour RN or $26.35+ per hour LPN, based on experience
Our staffing ratio for the NOC shift is 1:16 on the 2nd floor (skilled) and 1:32 on the 3rd floor (LTC)

Summary: Plans, organize, and assist in the provision of direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures. Orients, instructs, and supervises personnel, perform duties of an RN as required and is accountable for the care provided by others under his/her supervision. Report any changes in resident condition or any unusual situations to the Nursing Supervisor. Assume responsibility for his/her continued self-development in order to help plan and provide quality resident care.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate of approved school of nursing.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona or compact state.
- Health Care Provider CPR, required.
- Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
