The Eugene office of Affordable At Home Care, Inc is seeking an Oregon Licensed Registered Nurse to work with our healthy, vibrant team we provide In Home Care services for DHS, VA and Private Pay Clients.

Our RN directs, implements and supervises the medication, delegations and nursing services provided by Affordable At Home Care’s Eugene Office.

Some of the RN duties include:
* Obtaining physician orders for medications and medical treatments.
* Monitor medication and treatment services being provided by the agency.
* Train caregiving staff on specific medication tasks.
* Delegates nursing tasks and generating supporting documents for client files.
* Assures the agency’s system for the management of medications and medical treatments is safe and meets the requirements of the Oregon State in-home care licensing rules, as well as best practices for medication and medical treatment management.
* Participate in the quarterly Quality Reviews.

Experience with an In Home Care Agency is helpful but not mandatory. Work area is Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding communities. This is a M - F position with evenings and weekends every once and a while.

The nurse we seek is a reliable self-starter who requires little direction, and has a positive, helpful attitude. A current valid driver's license, personal vehicle and vehicle insurance coverage are required.
