Job description
We are looking for a Housekeeper/Room Attendant with excellent cleanliness standards to attend to specified areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
- Always practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests and fellow employees
- Cleaning guest rooms and some public areas
- Make beds, dusting & vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, replacing supplies, cleaning windows & mirrors, trash removal
- Utilize chemicals according to directions safely
- Stock, organize and maintain clean cart
- Report maintenance issues
- Document and secure lost and found items
- Communicate with guests by being professional and friendly
- Assist with guest requests
- Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Skills
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service
- Prioritize and time management
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of English language preferred but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
