Ropes Course Facilitator - Part-time Job at Shiloh Adventures

Work under supervision of lead facilitator or lead technician to deliver fun programming at Shiloh Adventures. Programming includes ropes course elements and team building.
Responsibilities
- Teach and assess necessary technical skills to participant group
- Provide instructions to participant groups for agreed upon program elements
- Process reflection/learning dialogue for appropriate activities
- Set up course using accepted practices
- Perform daily course and equipment inspection prior to program
- Monitor and manage safety practices during program
- Tear down element equipment after the program
- Insure proper documentation of equipment, incidents and records of possible concern
