We are currently seeking a proven CDL-A Licensed Route Supervisor Durango, CO team.

This is a salaried position, Monday through Friday and you are home every night, reporting directly to the VP of Operations & Fleet. Bonus potential every quarter and annually, based on specific performance criteria in addition to the $63,000 per year salary.

Typical Duties in this Role:

• Hire & train new drivers
• Safety & Performance of drivers
• Performance reviews and level up wage increases
• Disciplinary and termination actions
• Approve Vacations, Sick Time & bi-weekly driver's hours for payroll
• Responsibility for all of the deliveries for Durango Coca-Cola through assigned drivers
• Develop & maintain customer relationships with vendors, store managers, grocery managers, receiving clerks and Coca-Cola sales personnel.
• Fleet Maintenance

Qualifications include:

CDL-A License, in good standing – no more than 2 minor violations and no major violations in the last 3 years. We will run a Motor Vehicle Report now and annually.

Experienced Driver with some supervisory or lead driver experience preferred.

Beverage Industry experience is a plus!

Physical – must have the ability to reach and lift above the shoulders and below the waist – 65 pounds repetitive lifting
