Background & Purpose of the Job
The position will focus on supporting Customer Business Managers on the Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing Business Units for Albertsons. The desired location for this position is Boise, ID. This job will entail proactive analysis of current business trends, which includes identifying future opportunities and minimizing potential risks to the existing business. The position requires proficient skills in managing Albertsons’ systems, IRI, and Unilever sales reporting systems. The Sales Analyst is responsible for weekly reporting and analysis. Significant interaction with the customer is required.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
  • The position requires timely communication and in-depth analytical support focused on business solutions. The Sales Analyst is expected to develop a strong working knowledge of reporting systems and demonstrate the ability to capture information to incorporate into insight based selling stories via Excel and PowerPoint Presentations, providing regular business updates, and bringing new opportunities to the Customer Business Managers.
  • The position requires an intense understanding and use of Albertsons Promotional Analysis, IRI and EYC systems, evaluation of pricing trends, dollar & unit trends, inventory management & promotional evaluation.
  • The position requires the ability to retrieve and analyze IRI and Sales system data to provide professional presentations in Power Point on brand and category trends (to include market share and distribution/ranking reports).
  • Will assist in customer administration, which includes completing customer new item merchandising forms and contracts on a timely basis to ensure compliance with Unilever audit procedures.
  • This position will require regular interaction, owning a relationship directly with Albertsons staff on a weekly basis. Strong understanding of Albertsons’ Go to Market strategy and strong communication and customer focused mindset are critical to servicing the customer in this role.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing with 3+ years of Customer Management, Customer Service or Finance background is a plus.
  • Computer skills required: Excel & Power Point.
  • Familiarity with IRI is preferred.
  • Breakthrough Thinking - The position will require initiative on the part of the person to work independently and deliver results.
  • Problem Solving -Will need to exercise good judgment and routinely make decisions to support the day to day business.
  • Organizational Awareness - Will need to reach out to many different levels of the organization to solve problems and gather information for decision making.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $67,000 to $100,500. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
