Role Summary
The Sales Analyst for our eCommerce Pure Play team is responsible for mining valuable sales insights to improve business results. The Sales Analyst will help to bring data and insights forward from customer data, Stackline, Commerce IQ, Profitero, and other sources allowing for the sales team to drive actionable results. Intelligence gathered not only on C&D brands, but also competitor brands in each respective category. Sales, share, lost buy box, ad spend, promotion, etc., would all be monitored.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Generate sales reports, analyzing trends in customer purchases and evaluating changes in the online retail market
- Reporting and providing actionable insights to the sales team on customer and market trends to include close monitoring of 3P activities and lost buy box for our brands
- Transforming eCommerce data into operational insights
- Brainstorming ideas to enhance the company's e-commerce results
- Aide in catalog management which includes detail page accuracy, and on cords resolution and all other projects concerning catalog maintenance with Pure Play accounts
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales, Analyst or eCommerce field
- BS/BA degree required
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- The ideal candidate must be a professional team-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and be able to adhere to deadlines
