Responsibilities:

1. Listen, understand and respond to customers inquiring about services, order status, stock availability, order shipment, and placing orders. Provide customers and sales associates with information regarding order status.

2. Examine order entry, purchase requests, and orders to ensure accuracy and process order entry requests within the operation systems.

3. Assigned to Enterprise Account Manager, handling and processing all their orders, demo requests for customers, sales and support requests, questions, and problems via telephone and computer. Support the Executive Account Manager’s customer accounts in communication with their customer contacts on ETA, tracking #’s (all administrative duties to ensure customer satisfaction).

4. Coordinate with Shipping Department and suppliers (Manufacturers and Distributors) to ensure the delivery of products on a timely basis.

5. Prepares, processes, and monitors customer returns to ensure prompt services and customer satisfaction.

6. Assist in accounts receivables/collection activities when support is required to ensure prompt resolution to outstanding unpaid invoices.

7. Identify causes of customer dissatisfaction and determine appropriate course of action.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above,

2. 2+ years of sales assistant, finance consultant or customer service experience

3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, patience and services.

4. Team player who is proficiency in using commonly used office software.

5. Billingual in Chinese/Mandarin is preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
