Overall Mission

As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to our expert service standard. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need and guide them throughout their journey at Bonpoint from their very first introduction to the Maison and beyond.

You will proactively reach out to your clients to achieve individual and team goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results

· Welcome every client and provide the best client experiences

· Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling techniques to foster brand loyalty

· Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

· Learn and master Brand and product knowledge

· Respect Bonpoint Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior

· Follow the company’s policies and procedures

· Must be able to lift at least 25lbs and stand for long periods

Principle Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required

· Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience

· Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

· Self-starter

· Dependable, punctual, flexible

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Computer literacy a must

· Be fashion-forward, and have a passion for the fashion/luxury goods industry

· Be a team player; pro-active attitude

· Ability to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary

· Must be able to work a retail schedule – available evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

· Commission and Range of Benefits offered

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
