Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to achieve personal, store, and company goals
- Is a role model to the team in both personal sales performance as well as customer engagement
- Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, & ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to follow direction in helping to complete store tasks
- Enjoys high level of customer interaction
- Maintains excellent visual presentation standards Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
