Rod's Ride On Powersports is growing again! We are looking to add a Powersports and Motorcycle Sales Consultant to our team. Rod's Ride On Powersports is La Crosse's #1 stop for anybody's Powersports needs. We offer service, parts, sales, and financing on Polaris, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, CF Moto, Genuine, Beta, and other powersports and motorcycles. We pride ourselves in our community involvement and friendly atmosphere.

As a sales consultant you're tasked with developing long term customer relationships, providing a wealth of product knowledge to our customers, and driving profitability by achieving sales goals for our dealership. This is a Tuesday - Saturday position. Our current hours are 8-6 on Tuesdays, 8-5 Wednesday - Friday, 8-3 on Saturday. Seasonal sales can affect hours, meaning the business may dictate you being here past close time some days/nights.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Building & Maintaining Customer Relationships by providing outstanding customer satisfaction.

Following-Up with customers pre and post purchase.

Work closely with other dealership departments and staff to maximize profitability on each sale and enhance the customer experience.

Staying up-to-date on product training.

Maintaining an organized and clean showroom floor.

Staying organized so you always know where you're at with each customer.

Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory to always have an idea what we have on hand and what we have coming.
