Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the front by approaching residential homes in a door-to-door setting. The positive outcome of these interactions is a set appointment. As an appointment setter, you will work to convert as many cold leads into interested customers as possible.
  • Hold daily correlation meetings for Appointment Setters and Closers on your team. Conduct weekly boot-camp style trainings for newly hired Appointment Setters. Assign area daily. Perform regular critique and coaching on the doors.
  • You will be responsible for a pipeline of warm, company-generated leads. Your job will be to conduct professional window consultations and present customized proposals that aid the homeowner in making the decision to purchase.
  • Don't leave a single stone unturned: take initiative on the doors by seeking out as many opportunities to set window sales consultations with qualified homeowners as possible every day.
