PURPOSE:
Successfully increase sales and gain market share of Calumet Consumer Branded Products by visiting Bel-Ray Powersports & Royal Purple Performance wholesale & retail locations. Implement dealer and consumer trade marketing programs and deliver market intelligence to Calumet’s Consumer PowerSports and Performance Channel and Accounts. Deliver on annual sales volume and profit goals.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • In-field distributor sales rep travel in assigned regions to achieve annual Bel-Ray PowerSports sales targets, while maintaining margin and volume budgetary goals.
  • Leverage initiatives to achieve annual Royal Purple Performance sales goals, while maintaining margin and volume budgetary goals.
  • Identify opportunities within Bel-Ray PowerSports and Royal Purple Performance channels to allow for the expansion of the Royal Purple, Bel-Ray and TruFuel product lines into new Retailers and Dealers.
  • Leverage Calumet Market Brand Building Strategies and initiatives within the channels to increase assortment, distribution and cultivate effective relationships.
  • Assist Calumet Performance Brands Marketing Team in development of effective promotional strategies for the benefit of long-and short-term sales strategies.
  • Monitor threats from competitors, retail pricing trends and category performance to ensure competitive edge within the Bel-Ray PowerSports and Royal Purple Performance channels.
  • Attend account conferences and industry shows if deemed appropriate.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Sr. Sales Manager.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales CRM/database programs.
  • Ability to travel minimum of 60% of the time within North America.
  • Passport and good driving record required.
