Nature and Scope

CeriFi is a diversified education, training and certification provider serving professionals across the financial services market. As a member of CeriFi’s organization, you will be responsible supporting revenue growth by empowering the Sales teams and leadership.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Operations professional to support our 50+ person Sales organization. A successful candidate has a proven track record of sales operation and/or sales management with strong technical abilities and analytical abilities.

• Track, model and visualize sales and customer data
• Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
• Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
• Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data
• Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
• Monitor and assist with customer retention
• Train staff on new technology and software
• Assist with account management

We are looking for the right balance of skills, experience and passion. Ideal candidates will capture the following:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to perform advanced computing functions
• Familiarity with databases and sales software (Salesforce.com preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills
• 3+ years in a Sales Management or Sales Operations position with increasing responsibility
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to work well in groups
• Ability to multitask
• Must be a self-starter, working independently and within groups requiring limited supervision.

Preferred Skills

A background in education, SaaS, or accountancy is preferred, but not required.
