Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery Cooperative Waitsfield, VT

Responsibilities:

  • oversee pricing accuracy
    • expert on pricing structure and best practices
      • pricing review process
      • set and enforce pricing policies according to agreement standards by business segment
      • develop pricing procedures and manage price updates
      • market pricing (maintain market calendars, SOPs, etc.)
    • expert within Trade Promotion Management (TPM) tool to support CRR Team, Sales, and Broker
      • assist with trouble shooting authorization and data issues within Exceedra
    • deduction research to resolves pricing errors and correct procedures where necessary
      • review data from TPM and work with deductions team
    • work with TPM Manager and Sales Analysts to understand price floors and metrics
  • collaborate with transportation, sales, and product management on freight quotes to customers as it relates to list and customer level pricing:
    • freight charges
    • freight allowances
  • customer setup, maintenance, and accuracy
    • maintain and document customer setup process and procedures
    • responsible for working with sales reps and AR on customer setups to ensure proper information is collected and downstream systems receive the information as accurately and timely as possible
    • develop strong understanding of customer hierarchy within eRMS and Exceedra to ensure proper setup
  • assist sales with the pricing and promotion planning
    • assist with pricing forms and portals for customer submission
    • assist with entry pricing and promotion information within TPM software
  • collaborate with CRR team on invoice accuracy and cross training on pricing
  • collaborate with AR on sales edit process improvement:
    • work with Accounts Payable and Sales to establish broker communication, rates, and commission.

  • Experience with sales reporting tools a plus.

Education

Required
  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
