POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsible to obtain valid scopes of appointment on assigned point of sales, create seminars, identify new point of sales, booths and different community activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generate leads.
2. Make sure all paper Scope of Appointment are received in the office and fill them out correctly and in compliance with all regulations.
3. Ensure compliance with assigned POS and assigned schedules.
4. Create and coordinate seminars, community activities, providers activities, etc. to generate valid leads.
5. Identify potential point of sales.
6. Provide valuable information to people interested on having information about MMM Holdings, LLC.
7. Network to establish and maintain relationships with community contacts, providers, members and others who may refer potential leads.
8. Assemble and distribute the materials on assigned activities.
9. Report Hot leads to Sales Promoter Coordinator, Sales Supervisor or Manager.
10. On a daily basis, report and deliver (within 24hrs) all scope of appointment gathered during the day to Sales Promoter Coordinator.
11. Create and maintain scope of appointment status reports daily.
12. Maintain a professional behavior in order to represent the name, product and image of our organization.
13. Create, manage and maintain daily, monthly or as required reports.
14. Special projects as assigned.
COMPLIANCE
1. Make sure to comply with all CMS regulations and MMM Holdings policies and procedures.
2. Ensure to fill out scope of appointments based on CMS, MMM/PMC and our regulators’ policies and guidelines.

3. Maintain updated and current knowledge of new policies and procedures and information
of regulations related to Compliance and ensure to compliance.
4. Must comply with all regulatory training and approve compliance tests with a minimum
score of 85%.

  • Ability to operate various types of office equipment including software packages such as Office – Word, Excel and Power Point and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of Medicare and CMS guidelines.

  • Presentation skills: address small and large groups in an effective manner.
  • Sales sensitivity Skills: accurately interpretation of prospects’ concerns and needs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to understand read and write English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS
  • The responsibilities of this position require interaction with Sales Representatives, Sales Coordinator, Telemarketing Supervisor, and In Office Supervisors for feedback.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
  • While working, the employee is standing, sitting, walking, talking, and listening most of the time.
  • The job also requires reaching objects with hands; stooping and bending to file and maintain orderliness; mobility to complete errands.
  • This job also requires lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Performed tasks require independent knowledge and judgment in addition to provided instructions and procedures.
  • Must be able to function with frequent interruptions, accept change and able to prioritize activities when faced with competing demands.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Normal busy office environment.
  • Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
  • While working, the employee is generally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
  • The employee will do internal traveling island wide.
  • Regularly, will be required to work on weekends and/or odd hours, evening or weekend work.
