We are looking for a Sales Representative who will act as the primary point of communication between a company and its clients through sales personnel. Sales representatives find new markets and customer leads, pitch potential clients; They also make sure that current customers have the correct products and services. Sales representatives may do everything from take phone calls to keep an eye on the competition; all while fostering positive relationships with clients and looking for new business prospects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell Zyia Active and attend to consumer demands in order to serve customers.
• Developing a marketing strategy based on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Creating a plan for generating leads and closing sales, including building a website or social media presence, attending industry events, sending emails, or making phone calls to potential clients.
• Informs management of activities and outcomes by submitting reports, such as daily call logs, weekly work schedules, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Gather information on price, items, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising strategies from the current market to keep an eye on the competition.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools
