Job Location: Open to US Remote Candidates

Job Summary:

Our Sales Representatives are the selling engine at RWS that work to help us achieve aggressive growth targets. They engage with our existing clients as well as new sales prospects to learn their business and help them understand how RWS products and services can help meet their business needs.

As a Sales Representative (II), you will have a proven sales success rate, strong business acumen and an outstanding ability to establish trust and credibility quickly with your prospects. You will need to establish and cultivate productive relationships with our business partners to secure a dependable pipeline for leads. You will also be an outstanding team player, collaborating with your existing team to meet team goals.

While travel does not dominate this role, it is required during tradeshow seasons which take place twice a year. Additional travel will occur outside of these periods as needed by our partners and members, as are formal business presentations to teach prospects and partners about our products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meets with existing and potential clients to demonstrate our unique products and value proposition in order to close sales.
  • Develops and execute plans to meet or exceed your sales targets.
  • Continually builds sales pipeline through strong industry relationships and a hunger to win.
  • Represents RWS and our products during one-on-one meetings and while delivering group presentations in a professional manner that instills confidence.
  • Maximizes up-sale opportunities with existing clients.
  • Demonstrates how to use the RWS suite of digital products through practical application.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending company provided training, reviewing, professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
  • Monitors competition and gathers current marketplace information on pricing and products.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets.
  • High professionalism with stellar closing skills.
  • Great communication, presentation and listening skills.
  • Can easily connect with various personalities.
  • Digitally savvy, with a passion for selling innovative and quality digital products.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales.
  • Digital sales experience is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to plan and execute strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels of organizations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers to create a results-driven, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of website best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of web based RWS solutions
  • A passion helping customers succeed.
  • Prompt, driven and works well in a team environment.
  • Google AdWords Certification (preferred, but not required)

Work Environment:

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
