SPI Rentals, LLC is a vacation rental agency located on South Padre Island, TX. We manage over 180 properties located on the island. We oversee all day to day operations of the properties including reservations, maintenance, housekeeping and inspections.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Specialist! As a Sales Specialist, your main responsibility is to discuss rental properties with guests and secure reservations. Other job duties include the following:

• Being knowledgable about our rental properties and the area to better serve guests and assist with any questions they have
• Processing new leads via phone & email
• Contacting guests by phone and email to follow up on quotes that have been sent out and encourage bookings
• Processing online bookings and confirming reservations with guests by phone, email and text
• Answering phone calls & emails related to sales & guest services
• Performing property showings on-site to show the guests the property in person
• Assisting Reservation Specialist with check-in & check-out processes as needed

Our ideal candidate is an eager and friendly sales professional who strives to reach goals and is able to maintain a vast knowledge about our rental properties, policies & procedures.

• Must have previous sales experience. Hotel or Vacation Rental sales is a plus.
• Must have the ability to conduct phone calls and answer emails professionally.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

This is a full time position. 5 days per week, 40 hrs. Our office is open from 7AM - 11PM, each day, including holidays. Full-time shifts are typically 8AM - 5PM, 10AM - 7PM and 12PM - 9PM, but applicants must be able to work between 7AM and 11PM.
