We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist that can help Natilik with commercial support, working closely with our Americas Salespeople and Finance team to provide Finance, Operations and Renewals Administration.

We're looking for someone with great attention to detail, the ability to remain organised in a fast-paced environment, and a positive approach to providing sales support. A good level of numeracy and computer skills are also essential for this role.


Key responsibilities:


  • Booking of signed deals & projects in our internal systems
  • Arranging, tracking, and communicating deliveries to clients and internally ensuring receipt of “proof of delivery”
  • Managing transactions with suppliers, including the raising of Purchase Orders, verification of invoices received and payment when due, posting payments, reconciling statements
  • Ensuring invoicing is sent out timely and consistently, maintaining the company billing engine
  • Managing the Invoice order book
  • Being the central point for queries raised by suppliers and working with the central finance team to resolve any issues
  • Managing recurring revenues and the renewals process with customers
  • Taking the lead on applications or other submissions required to extend the capability of the organization – including supplier set-up, registering for Sales Tax, and assisting with state tax returns
  • Manage monthly expense process including any company credit cards

  • Being flexible, adaptable, adhering to change, and showing initiative.
  • A great eye for detail
