Job Description:

Role: Salesforce Administrator

Type: Full-time

Location: Atlanta, GA (Day 1 Onsite)

Required Skills:

# Excellent knowledge, skills, and necessary certifications in Salesforce.com - Sales, Service, Community products and platform

# Nine (9) or more years of related professional work experience

# Should be highly collaborative

Responsibilities and Duties:

# Perform administrator functions such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, and queues, data backup

# Be the single point of contact taking full ownership of the MRO Salesforce instances to leverage the platform to deliver functionality required for the business

# Configure Salesforce platform with out of the box capability to configure custom pages & lightning components to enhance user experience in sales, service, and experience cloud.

# Manage and customize dashboards, reports, templates, page layouts workflows, create and maintain custom object relationships, formulas, standard and custom fields.

# Have a deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and understand how to leverage the tool to meet complex process, workflow automation and reporting requirements.

# Managing and resolving support requests related to Salesforce functions and integrations.

# Work closely with users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce us age including training, documentation, and support as necessary.

# Maintain the backlog in Agility for Salesforce COE (IT partners in Salesforce development) and support user story grooming, testing and acceptance

# Interface with business users and other IT staff including Salesforce COE, SAP COE, BI and external application vendors and be responsible for delivering and deploying complete work products.

# Translate business requirements into manageable deliverables

# Monitor Integration errors between Salesforce, SAP, and other internal and external systems and take corrective preventive actions.

# Produce and improve overall documentation related to configuration and deployment of applications

# Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking

# Stay current on the latest industry trends and changing technologies

# Communicate in a clear, compelling manner to technical, and non-technical team members.
