Your Future Team

We are the Platform & Innovation Team, a group of thoughtful, fun, and motivated individuals who are passionate about excellence and service to our advisors. We are looking for a Salesforce Associate to provide Salesforce support, administration and training across all of Hightower's advisor practices. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and guidance to our users on Hightower's Salesforce instance and associated software. Additional responsibilities will be to evaluate our users' needs, and work with the application development team on standard Salesforce configurations and/or custom solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a Hightower brand ambassador by upholding The Hightower Way cultural elements – Mission, Purpose, V.A.L.U.E. Experience, Commitment, and Standards, promoting excellence in the internal and external client experience during every encounter
  • Improve consistency in every client and colleague encounter by embodying the core principles of our Hightower V.A.L.U.E. Experience (Validate, Actively Listen, Leverage Resources, Understand Ownership, Express Gratitude)
  • Partner with cross-discipline team members to support collaboration and promote a positive client experience
  • Support the business with training, best practice recommendations, and issue resolution on Hightower's CRM systems
  • Define and implement system enhancements to advance the goals of the business, advising on best practices, and recommending process improvements ensuring scalability and efficiency
  • Act as a liaison between business users and application developers in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Hightower's CRM systems
  • Identify business process improvements opportunities and provide recommendations either through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assist in the preparation of proposals to senior leaders
  • Monitor open issues and report on the impacts on the organization
What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or related field of study
  • A current Salesforce Administrator Certification or plan to receive within 3 to 6 months
  • Experience and knowledge working with a CRM such as Salesforce preferred
  • Exposure to the Financial Services industry
  • Some working knowledge of the SDLC/Agile development processes preferred
