HOW YOU'LL SLAY
As a Full Time, Retail Product Xpert, you are a part of maintaining inventory controls to help elevate our best-in-class service experience! You will make a direct impact by supporting our retail stores in receiving, maintaining, and upkeeping the products from the back-of-house to the sales floor. You are passionate about creating and maintaining systems that support overall inventory management that positively impact the customer journey. You will be integral in helping build a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for the store team and the Savage X Fenty customer.

Partner with Leadership to maintain inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring product, leading inventory counts, floor updates, and back-of-house organization.

Assist and support the execution of the store's floor restocking standards by training store teams to execute and maintain established systems properly

Maintain an awareness of our current products, day-to-day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.

Strive for excellence by actively improving day-to-day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.

Stay well informed and knowledgeable on our XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.

Participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems

Drive sales by engaging customers, suggestive selling, sharing, and demonstrating product knowledge and expertise.

Actively engage our guests and VIP members by providing an experience centered around body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity. Work on additional projects as directed by management

The annual base salary range for this position is from $17.00 to $19.00. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.

One year of stock or retail experience preferred

Ability to organize and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.

Tech-Savvy or very comfortable with emerging technologies.

Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including working late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when required.

Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
