Scanning Clerk Job at PAM Transport
The scanning department has the important task of ensuring that all documents are coded in the system correctly at all times. It is necessary to work closely with various departments to ensure that the billing, log, operations, and payroll department has the documents they need in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Indexing all documents to the proper areas.
Manually scanning in documents
Ability to clearly communicate while handling large volumes of work at a fast pace to complete deadlines.
Filing documents and helping other departments as needed.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Data entry skills
Ability to multi-task
