Scheduler/Estimator Job at APSI Construction Management
Daily Responsibilities:
Scheduler: Work under supervision of senior scheduler. Review of baseline schedules, monthly/weekly schedule updates, revisions. Analyze cost and resource loading in the baseline and monthly schedule update and run regular cash flow reports. Prepare what-if scenario schedules that are based on change in sequence and inform management of possible outcome of the re-sequence. Review/analyze time impacts and provide time impact resolution.
Estimator: Work under supervision of senior estimator. on-screen take off using
Bluebeam. Enter quantities to in-house estimating template, update labor wage rates. Assist senior estimator for pricing.
Note: Training will be provided for Scheduling and Estimating.
Good verbal and written communication is must.
Required Qualifications: (Experience, Education, Certs, etc.)
B.S civil or construction management with some experience or internships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work experience working as scheduler or estimator is a plus.
Some knowledge of construction means and method, sequencing, and strong knowledge MS office suit.
