Where you fit in
The Scheduler provides support and resources to all the assigned unit/areas. The Scheduler coordinates staff schedules (including professional and technical staff) to ensure adequate coverage. Partners with the unit/area leadership to ensure proper staff coverage. Assists with data collection and analysis in order to contribute feedback to various cross-functional processes. Customers include administration, patient care providers, residents/patients, families, and visitors.
Your exceptional skills
- Serve as lead PCT and will function in that tole if needed
- Process payroll – keeps updated during the week
- Maintain and track voceras
- Assist with onboarding activities of new hires
- Schedules orientation of new staff
- Assists in orientation progress tracking
- Assists in staff mtg development and presentation
- Keeps phones lists and other documents updated for the unit
- Manages PTO / time off request
- Other duties as needed / assigned
Your exceptional qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 4 year / Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
