Home Health Scheduler -
Full-Time, with the
Gulfport Office.
Excellent Customer Service and previous medical office experience highly desired.

Hourly pay $13 to $15
As a Scheduler you will:
- Schedule clinical staff with patients for in-home visits, based on patient need, visit frequency and staff availability.
- Maintain accurate records of referrals, non-admits and assignments.
- Keep schedule up to date and available.
- Assist with rescheduling or troubleshooting scheduling conflicts/issues that may arise.
- Update leadership team on any issues that may arise.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work with a wide range of people and personalities.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
